Collections are a convenient way to group assets without physically moving them out of their folders. You can also invite other users to collaborate on these collections as well as sharing the collection publicly.
Creating a Collection
You can create a Collection at anytime by clicking the breadcrumb drop down menu
Adding to a Collection
Select assets and Drag onto an existing collection or select assets
Adding Collaborators to your collection allows these users to view and add assets to the collection.
Start typing a name and the user list will start to populate. Select users and click create (or update if this is an existing collection)
Sharing a Collection
Toggle "Public Sharing" on and you will presented with a few new options
Share via e-mail
This will allow you to send an e-mail a link to the collection along with an optional message.
Share via link
This will generate a link which you can copy to be used with your favorite messaging app.
- 3 days, 7 days, 30 days, Custom or Never expires
- Custom allows you to choose the date you would like the link to expire
